Njaal and Cidinha Bendixen are proponents of authentic Argentine Tango, the style of tango encountered in the milongas of Buenos Aires. They teach both traditional tango and neo-tango.
Their experience, having lived in Buenos Aires and learnt the tango from esteamed maestros like: Miguel Angel Zotto, Puppy Castello, Mimi Santapa, Tete and Silvia, Eduardo Arquimbau, Olga de Besio, DNI, Damian Essel and Nancy Louzan, Javier Rodriguez and Andrea Misse, Geraldine Rojas, Sebastian Misse and Andrea Reyero have enable them to develop a unique teaching technique based on improvisation and communication. It is a free, innovative interpretation of the music.
Cidinha is a professional dancer, dance teacher and choreographer with more than 25 years of experience. She has lived in Buenos Aires for 11 years and taught dance at the University of Buenos Aires for more than 8 years. In this period she collaborated extensively with choreographers such as: Ricky Pashkus, Vivian Luz and Freddy Romero.
